SubAlert helps you track and manage your subscriptions by:

• Monitoring your active subscriptions that you manually add
• Sending alerts for upcoming payments via email
• Providing an overview of your subscription spending
• Categorizing and organizing your recurring expenses

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Financial Data and Privacy

When you add subscription information:

• We collect only the subscription data you manually provide
• We use this data solely to provide our tracking and alert services
• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• You must comply with any third-party provider terms if connecting external services

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to harm or interfere with our service
• Access our service through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
• Provide false or misleading subscription information

Subscription and Payment

Free Service

SubAlert.app is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.

Future Paid Features

• Monthly or annual billing options may be available
• Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel
• All prices subject to change with advance notice

Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your subscription data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Service Availability

We strive to keep SubAlert available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The SubAlert service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Accuracy of subscription data or payment alerts
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Prevention of missed payments or billing errors
• Compatibility with all subscription services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months or $100, whichever is less. You use the service at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and all your data will be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

Data Export

Before account deletion or upon request, we'll provide you with a way to export your subscription data in a standard format (CSV or JSON).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by European Union law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the European Union jurisdiction where SubAlert.app is operated.
